Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts receivable related functions for assigned accounts.
• Plan courses of action to recover outstanding payments; heavy customer contact.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans with debtors.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; update account status regularly.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when payment is unlikely or in dispute.
