Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage all AR functions, monitor assigned accounts, identify outstanding balances, and take timely actions to recover payments while maintaining professional relationships.

You will handle high call volume, negotiate payoff deadlines, investigate discrepancies, update the ledger regularly, and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors. 2+ years in collections and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 2+ years' collections experience.
• Ability to use confidential information in a professional manner to achieve collections targets/goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts receivable related functions.
• Identify outstanding debts for assigned accounts and take action to recover payments.
• Make heavy outbound calls to debtors to discuss payment status and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; update account status and database regularly; alert supervisors of non-paying customers.
