Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in the United States. You will manage AR, resolve disputes, and partner with Billing, Credit, and Cash Applications to improve cash flow across the order-to-cash cycle. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Analysis, Corporate Billing, or Commercial Accounting.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship for employment visa status is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer AR accounts, identify overdue invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage unapplied cash.
• Investigate billing disputes and ensure timely collection of delinquent balances with professional communication.
• Prepare AR performance metrics, aging reports, and cash flow analysis; present to leadership.
• Coordinate with Collections, Credit, Cash Applications, Billing, and Field Operations on AR issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Order-to-Cash process.
