Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or General Accounting experience preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent customer service attitude.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash receipts application process including wires, checks, and credit cards.
• Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies.
• Verify, code, and post current day cash receipts.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile to accounting system.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
