MANAGED REHABilitation Consultants, Inc. is seeking a full-time Accountant Assistant to join our Accounts Receivable Department in-office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., in Michigan. Salary depends on experience; thorough training will be provided.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year accounting experience, with proficiency in Office 365 and accounting software. Additional compensation includes health reimbursement and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 1+ year of accounting/booking experience preferred.
• Proficient in Office 365 and accounting software; attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts, invoices, and collect payments.
• Draft financial documents and maintain bookkeeping processes.
• Post financial data accurately to accounts and manage client communications.
• Process e-files and update client collection records with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Organize, retrieve, and distribute documents in electronic and print formats.
