• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Partner with sales, ecommerce, customer service, and operations teams to resolve billing issues and disputes.
• Analyze customer payment behavior and identify potential risks or trends.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate application of payments.

Position Overview

This role will manage a diverse customer portfolio, including strategic accounts and small-to-mid-sized businesses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing relationship management with high-volume collections activity.

Salary: $50,000-$55,000
