Proman Staffing in Wadesboro, NC is seeking an Account Receivable Specialist to join our team. This position handles processing customer payments, maintains AR records, and actively collects outstanding balances while supporting accounting admin tasks.

The role requires at least 2 years in AR/collections, proficiency in MS Office and ERP software, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a detail-oriented environment. In-person work location.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable, collections or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excell.
• Experience using accounting or ERP software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional, courteous, and handle sensitive financial information.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to remain seated for long periods of time.
