Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a qualified medical coder with CPT surgical coding and ICD-10 diagnostic coding knowledge to support insurance billing. You will review clinical documentation to code and post-surgery charges, assist with CPT/ICD-10 coding, and maintain patient information with strict confidentiality.

Requirements include at least three years of related coding or medical billing experience; CPC is preferred.

Qualifications

About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

What We Expect from You
  • High School Graduate or equivalent

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have thorough knowledge in computer information systems.
