Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Patient Access Representative at its Central Ohio Urology Group network to provide friendly, accurate front-desk service.

You will check patients in and out, verify insurance, and support referral workflows while delivering exemplary customer service in a professional office setting. Responsibilities

  • Check-in and check-out patients and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Verify insurance for upcoming procedures and coordinate referrals.
  • Process third-party referral information and coordinate with clinical units and billing.
  • Travel to satellite locations as needed.

About the RoleThe Patient Access Representative will be responsible for checking patients in and out and providing exemplary customer service.
