Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or related finance role.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP or similar) or AR platforms (Billtrust, HighRadius, Versapay etc.).

Responsibilities

• Review aging reports and prioritize accounts to reduce delinquency.
• Proactive outreach to collect past due balances via phone and email.
• Investigate discrepancies: short payments, unapplied cash, disputes, billing issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Cash Applications, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
