Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to receive and invoice payments for services rendered, supporting the finance team in day-to-day cash flow.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with compensation of $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities include data entry, account reconciliation, and resolving customer inquiries with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced computer and keyboarding skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send out daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Record, store, and analyze information using accounting software.
• Receive payments and post amount paid to customer accounts.
• Debit, credit, and total customer accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases.
• Research and answer inquiries or disputes about accounts for customers.
• Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts.
• Submit invoice data in shipper/third party payer required formats.
• Reconcile and process credit card transactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and send out daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly cycle counts

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone
• Must be able to list up to 15 pounds at times
