Job summary

Lewis & Ellis - Actuaries and Consultants seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic consulting team. This role focuses on accurate monthly billing, client invoicing, and efficient AR processes using NetSuite, Excel, Adobe, and Word.

Hybrid work arrangement requires in-office presence two days per week. Base salary is $55,000 per year with opportunities for bonuses and professional development within a firm serving life, health, and P&C sectors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts receivable and collections experience, preferably in a consulting or service-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite or similar software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be available to work in-office two days per week (hybrid role).

• Prepare and post monthly client bills, including split-party and electronic billing.
• Manage retainer funds, write-offs, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Address billing inquiries, disputes, and adjustments professionally.

Base Salary: $55,000.00

You Will
