Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our established AR team. You will analyze high-volume AR activity, aging reports, and payment trends, supporting credit management and research of discrepancies.

You will create and maintain detailed Excel reports using VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and conditional formatting, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive timely collections.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills with lookups and large spreadsheets.
• Experience with AR aging analysis and credit management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; degree not required.
