• Distributes and assigns tasks to Accounting Assistants.
• Vouchers through AP systems, processing invoices and checks.
• Validates suppliers and reviews supplier adds/changes.
• Verifies banking info with suppliers; enters data into SMA Banking.
• Provides customer service to divisions and suppliers; investigates issues.
• Troubleshoots databases and systems issues; trains others.
• Directs questions to appropriate resource; supports AP team.
• Addresses escalated service issues and requests; recommends actions.
• Works with the disbursement bank for stop payments and checks.
• Assists in monthly, quarterly, yearly payable activities.
• Supports integration of new acquisitions into corporate payable processes.
