Job summary

Rh Showroom is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle financial information discreetly, you will support payment processing, reconcile cash accounts, and respond to requests from customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in accounts receivable or administrative support, a foundational knowledge of cash application, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or administrative support.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of AR cash application and production functions.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office for email, reporting, and documents.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Reconcile cash accounts and respond to payment requests from customers, Profit Centers, and Credit offices.
• Investigate and resolve customer payment issues.
• Respond to AR and billing policy inquiries from customers and offices in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate understanding of Profit Center and company processes and policies.
• Communicate payment deductions per instructions and perform follow-up as needed.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
