Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain our accounts receivable records, process invoices, ensure timely payments, and resolve discrepancies. This role is vital for our financial health and reports to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Generate and send invoices promptly
2. Monitor and record incoming payments accurately
3. Reconcile customer accounts and address discrepancies
4. Communicate with customers regarding their accounts
5. Prepare reports on receivables status
6. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
7. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
8. Provide backup for other accounting functions and logistics coordination
9. Perform other related duties as needed
