Position: Billing Specialist I
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Answer inbound inquiries via phone and email from external and internal clients related to Billing.
- Review, understand, and discuss contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances with clients.
- Present information clearly and concisely to clients, and document this information appropriately in Salesforce.
- Collaborate within the Finance Team (Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Billing Ops, and Cash App) and other internal teams (e.g., Sales, Retention, Business Leadership) to resolve client inquiries.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle RMB preferred.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud and High Radius preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, and confidently communicate with internal and external clients.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Customer Service Experience: 2-4 years.
- Experience in the Auto Retailing industry preferred.
