Geeks Who Drink is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Specialist to join our team in a fully remote, permanent role available immediately.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in AR and billing, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and proven ability to manage a high volume of customer transactions in a fast-paced environment. You will handle invoicing, payments, and cash collection with accuracy and reliability.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Specialist

Geeks Who Drink is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Specialist to join our team in a fully remote, permanent position available immediately.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing, strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and experience managing a high volume of customer transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining recurring sales transactions
• Generating and processing invoices
• Reprocessing failed payment transactions
• Applying customer payments
• Monitoring aging reports
• Collecting outstanding balances
• Proactively following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely cash collection

The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills to effectively manage a large and diverse customer base in a fast-paced environment.
