Job summary

Insight Global in Danvers, MA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our accounting team by managing customer accounts, processing invoices and payments, and assisting with collections activities. This is a full time permanent opportunity with a starting base salary range estimated between $70K-$85K.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Accounting.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and Word for day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate AR records.
• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Assist with collections activities and support accounting team.

Required Skills & Experience
