We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team! The ARA is responsible for maintaining customer financial records, with a focus on ensuring timely and accurate delivery for customer balances. Salary range: $55,000 to $60,000. This position operates in a hybrid office setting in Horsham, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of outstanding receivables, including applying payments to accounts
• Identify discrepancies in payment records and communicate with customers to resolve issues
• Prepare reports, analysis, and key metrics related to Accounts Receivable for management review
• Collaborate with auditors to gather and provide requested information
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
