In this important role, you will conduct thorough audits of guarantor accounts to resolve billing issues and ensure our patients receive the support they need. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, assist with payment plans, process payments, and provide information about our charity programs. Your dedication to helping patients navigate their billing and insurance questions will make a meaningful difference in their experience.
