Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts receivable managing customer accounts.
• Experience with collections and structured strategies.
• Cash application with multiple payment types (ACH, wires, checks, cards).
• Proficiency with SAP for postings and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of over 200 customer accounts and reduce past-due balances.
• Review aging reports and set collection priorities.
• Process and apply customer payments (ACH, wires, checks, cards) accurately.
• Research unapplied cash and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Perform daily cash applications with strong internal controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist onboarding by ensuring accurate billing setup and portal access.
• Collaborate with third-party collection partners to support AR processes.
