Job summary

TOTO USA, Inc. in Morrow, GA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain accurate customer receivables through cash application, reconciliation, and issue resolution. You will support financial close, credit review, reporting, and audits in line with internal controls.

The role requires 1–3 years in AR/billing, a bachelor's in accounting or related field, strong Excel and ERP skills (SAP preferred), and a detail-oriented approach in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, billing, collections or related accounting functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and apply customer payments (ACH, wire, checks) per policies.
• Reconcile cash receipts to bank and third-party records; resolve unapplied cash/discrepancies.
• Process AR adjustments, chargebacks, credits, and write-offs within authorized limits.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices, statements, and AR reports.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies; respond to inquiries regarding payments and balances.
• Support financial close, credit evaluation, and audit activities with AR information.
• Perform month-end and year-end AR activities with supporting documentation.
