Toto USA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Morrow, GA. The role ensures accurate customer receivables through timely cash application, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

You will support financial close, credit review, and audits while maintaining strong internal controls. Key duties include processing payments via ACH, wire, and checks; reconciling cash receipts; generating AR reports; and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field and 1–3 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting functions.
• Office environment with extensive use of computers and accounting systems.
• No travel required for this position.

Responsabilités

• Review, process, and apply customer payments (ACH, wire, checks) per policies.
• Reconcile cash receipts to bank and third-party records; resolve unapplied cash and discrepancies.
• Process AR adjustments, credits, and write-offs with proper authorization.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices, statements, and AR reports.
• Investigate payment issues and respond to inquiries; escalate when needed.
• Support credit evaluation, financial close, and audit activities with AR data.
