Techmetals, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist in Dayton, OH to join a 58-year industry leader. Earn up to $58,000 annually with a starting pay of $26–$28 per hour and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 6 holidays, PTO, 401(k) match, and weekly pay.

2+ years AR experience with an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance qualifies you for this role. U.S. Citizenship is required due to work in regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for the position.

Responsabilités

• Assist account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements and intercompany GL accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records of all receivable transactions and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile AR transactions against customer statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Create reports on the status of customer accounts as needed.
• Assist with payroll data and timesheet preparation for payroll processing.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and PII.
