Responsibilities

• Research and resolve outstanding accounts receivable balances, overpayments, unapplied payments, misapplied payments, credits, and other account discrepancies.
• Analyze account activity, payment history, invoices, credits, adjustments, and supporting documentation to identify root causes and determine appropriate resolution steps.
• Reconcile balances across applicable systems and records to ensure transactions are accurately applied and account information is complete.
• Partner with internal teams to obtain missing information, clarify transaction details, and support timely resolution of complex balance and payment issues.
• Document research, findings, and actions taken to maintain clear records and support consistent follow-up through resolution.
• Identify recurring issues, trends, or process gaps and elevate findings to management with supporting data and recommended next steps.
