Job summary

WPS Fresh is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the effective management and resolution of customer accounts. You will handle payment reconciliation, deductions research, and cross-functional issue resolution to drive timely payments.

The role emphasizes ownership and proactive problem solving. The ideal candidate has hands-on AR experience, strong Excel skills, and comfort with customer portals and ERP/financial systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in AR, deductions, disputes, or account reconciliation.
• Experience researching and resolving customer disputes, deductions, credits, or discrepancies.
• Experience with detailed transactional data analysis.
• Experience with customer portals, ERP systems, and financial systems.
• Strong Excel skills to organize and reconcile financial data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due balances.
• Research and resolve deductions, credits, disputes, and discrepancies.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Perform payment reconciliation for unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and unidentified transactions.
• Review accounts and documentation to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Conduct financial and account analysis to support decisions.
• Use portals and systems to research payments, remittance info, deductions, invoices, and activity.
• Maintain ownership of open issues through final resolution.
• Support AR lifecycle and month-end close activities.
