Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Customer Care Accounts Receivable Representative in Texas to support accounts, process orders, and resolve inquiries. The role focuses on accounts receivable tasks, back-office collaboration, and cross-functional communication with sales teams.

The ideal candidate has strong data-entry skills, experience with AS/400, Salesforce, and SAP, and is skilled at analyzing data from multiple sources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of relevant experience in customer service or similar environment.
• Extensive experience with AS 400, Salesforce, and SAP preferred.
• Accurate and quick data-entry skills including "10 key-by-touch" proficiency.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and systems including spreadsheet analysis.
• Strong math skills and ability to problem solve and think critically.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in accounts receivable and back-office processes, coordinating with NCC back-office resources.
• Resolve issues by returning calls and emails timely and providing responses and resolution.
• Provide invoice copies and respond to general order inquiries, serving as first level support.
• Process incoming orders and stay informed on state beverage laws.
• Maintain communication with Sales Teams and NCC, and assist with missing invoices research.
• Work with customers, Salesforce, and NCC Accounts Receivable to complete paperwork.
