Arrow Staffing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Manager in Upland, CA to lead a team supporting AR, customer service, administrative operations, and billing. Qualifications

• Experience supporting, partnering with, or managing Accounts Receivable and billing operations is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, administrative operations, shared services, business operations, or service operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading administrative or customer support teams.

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Operations Manager to lead a team supporting Accounts Receivable, customer service, administrative operations, and billing functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, administrative operations, shared services, business operations, or service operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading administrative or customer support teams.
• Demonstrated success improving operational processes and workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, or ticket management systems (Freshdesk or similar) is preferred.
• Experience developing SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
