Porter and Chester Institute in Rocky Hill, CT seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee student accounts and bursar operations across campuses. You will lead a small team, ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and compliance with FERPA and institutional policies.

This role collaborates with Educational Funding and Financial Aid to optimize cash flow, implement controls, and improve financial processes while maintaining data confidentiality and reporting on accounts receivable

Formación

• Minimum three years of related work experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day management of student financial accounts and collections.
• Supervise a small team of Collections Specialists.
• Collaborate with Educational Funding and Financial Aid on disbursements and adjustments.
• Coordinate student payment plans and account adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA and applicable regulations.
• Prepare reports on accounts receivable and collections.
