Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Accounts Receivable to lead the Billing & Payment Support Team in managing one-time and recurring charges, statements, and payments for a portfolio of HOA properties. You will drive accuracy, optimize workflows, and ensure timely posting.

The role requires 3+ years in AR, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. HOA/property management experience is highly desirable; the team emphasizes excellence and integrity in service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable
• HOA property management experience is highly desirable
• Supervisory experience; able to motivate and build a strong team
• Strong accounting principles, financial regulations and compliance knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the Billing & Payment Support Team and oversee daily AR operations
• Ensure timely posting of statements, payments, and charges
• Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve complex issues
• Develop and implement efficient AR processes and automate where possible
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for senior management and audits
• Mentor and supervise AR staff; conduct regular performance check-ins
