Responsibilities

• Lead Billing & Payment Support Team and ensure timely posting of statements.
• Monitor statement production, distribution, and accuracy across communities.
• Oversee assessment/setup and delinquent fee programming with accuracy.
• Reconcile payments and resolve complex payment issues; coordinate with banking partners.
• Provide ad-hoc financial reports and audit support; drive process improvements.
