Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full AR cycle, including cash applications, collections, deductions, billing disputes, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor AR aging, past-due balances, unapplied cash, and collection performance.
• Lead AR staff through coaching and development while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts incorporating billing projections and expected collections.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to improve billing forecast accuracy and visibility into cash receipts.
• Prepare financial reports, KPI dashboards, and management summaries covering AR, collections, billing, and cash flow.
