You will work closely with leadership to provide accurate financial information and cash flow insights, support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, and ensure financial accuracy across projects and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Experience managing AP, AR, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems; Vantagepoint experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily accounting operations, including cash receipts, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Oversee client invoicing, collections, cash flow reporting, and revenue generation activities.
• Monitor project accounting data, WIP balances, revenue recognition, and financial accuracy.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, account analyses, dashboard metrics, and management reporting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting activities, including payroll reviews, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
