Benefits and Pay Range:

• $80k-$120k DOE

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices and billing statements in accordance with company policies and client agreements.
• Track aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies.
• Supervise and support AR staff, including training, performance reviews, and workflow management to maintain high productivity and accuracy.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing issues and improve cash flow efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements while preparing regular reports for senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Management Experience
