We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and oversee the AR operations for a growing, technology-enabled finance organization. This role will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring timely collections, maintaining strong client relationships, and partnering cross-functionally to drive process improvements and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable function, including billing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application.
• Manage and mentor a team of AR specialists, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee customer credit evaluation and approval processes in partnership with finance and risk teams.
• Analyze AR aging reports and drive strategies to improve DSO and cash flow.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to address billing issues and improve the end-to-end receivables process.
• Develop and implement AR policies, controls, and best practices to support scalability and compliance.
• Support the monthly close process by ensuring accurate and timely reporting of AR-related entries and reconciliations.
• Contribute to system enhancements and automation projects to streamline AR operations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, AR processes, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated success in reducing DSO and improving AR performance metrics.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency with Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a dynamic environment.
