Qualifications

• Audits and processes chargebacks on charge sales and maintains subsidiary ledger.
• Audits purchase orders issued by other Naval activities authorized to purchase merchandise on charged sales.
• Balances accounts such as trial balances and account balances to ensure agreement.

Responsibilities

• Prepares required computerized forms for inclusion into computerized systems.
• Verifies the accuracy and completeness of accounting data on vouchers accounting ledgers etc. to ensure necessary approvals and information are present and that the data is correct.
