• Associates degree or 5 years’ accounting/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AR invoicing and AP invoice processing is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable for Paper and By-Products.
• Review aging and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Process accounts payable invoicing.
• Ensure timely and accurate bill payments per procedures.
• Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain ledgers.
• Compare POs, terms, and charges.
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries.
