Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee daily AR operations and lead a 6-8 person team. You will supervise billing, collections, aging analysis, and reporting, while ensuring accurate records in eoStar and strong customer service.

The role requires AR/collections experience, solid Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with route settlement and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
• Strong reading, analytical and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to create analytical spreadsheets.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with eoStar and accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 6-8 person AR/Route Settlement Team.
• Initiate collection calls to ensure accounts stay in good standing.
• Monitor eoStar deposits posting to AR daily/weekly.
• Assist drivers with billing and account questions as needed.
• Maintain AR aging and report to AR Operations Manager.
• Prepare weekly AR aging and distribute to SVP & CFO.
• Resolve billing/pricing issues with Account Executives.
