Green Bay Packaging is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support within the accounting department. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with customers and teamwork, while serving as a back-up for accounts payable processing.
The successful candidate will manage invoicing, aging, and timely payment processing, with strong Excel/Word skills and at least 5 years in accounting within a manufacturing setting.
The Accounts Receivable Lead will report directly to the Controller and will provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the accounting department. This position is key in establishing and maintaining successful relationships with new and existing customers. This position must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, attitude of service and aptitude for teamwork with excellent communication skills, both written and oral displaying a professional and courteous demeanor. In addition to the Lead Accounts receivables responsibilities, this position is a critical back-up and support for Accounts Payables invoice processing.
