CFS is seeking an Accounts Receivables Director in Chicago to lead enterprise-wide cash, credit, collections, and working capital strategy with direct exposure to senior leadership. You will drive liquidity, DSO performance, and financial risk management while partnering with Sales, Operations, Legal, and executives to shape business outcomes.

  • Progressive finance leadership experience managing cash flow, credit, collections, and working capital.

  • Lead cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term cash forecasting activities.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, credit, collections, DSO performance, and customer payment risk management.
  • Develop and manage net working capital forecasts, identifying opportunities to improve cash conversion.
  • Govern customer financing programs, lender relationships, credit standards, and financing approvals.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and analysis on cash flow, credit exposure, working capital, collections, and financial risk.

Target Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 plus bonus

  • Strong knowledge of SAP, financial reporting, internal controls, corporate finance, and accounting principles
