Qualifications

• Progressive finance leadership experience in cash flow, credit, AR, and working capital.
• Proven success improving DSO and coordinating financing with institutions.
• Strong SAP knowledge and corporate finance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cash flow, liquidity planning, and short-term cash forecasting activities.
• Own accounts receivable, credit, collections, DSO performance, and cash conversion initiatives.
• Develop and manage net working capital forecasts across receivables, and inventory.
• Oversee customer financing governance and manage relationships with banks, leasing companies, and lending partners.
• Deliver financial reporting, risk analysis, KPI dashboards, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Manager of Treasury & Accounts Receivables

• Lead enterprise-wide cash flow, working capital, and credit strategy with direct influence on business performance
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership on high-impact financial decisions for a $1B publicly traded Company
• Drive process improvements and KPI visibility using SAP and advanced reporting tools
• Build and develop a finance team while creating scalable best practices across cash, credit, and collections
• Gain broad exposure to customer financing programs, banking relationships, and financial institution partnerships

Target Compensation: $120,000 to $165,000 per year plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Manager of Treasury & Accounts Receivables:

• Lead cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term cash forecasting activities
