Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Manager of Treasury & Accounts Receivables in Des Plaines, IL. You will lead cash flow planning, manage accounts receivable, credit, and collections, and drive working capital optimization across the organization.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership to influence business decisions for a $1B company, using SAP and advanced reporting tools to deliver KPI dashboards and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Progressive finance leadership experience in cash flow, accounts receivable, credit and working capital.
• Experience improving DSO and coordinating financing with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term cash forecasting.
• Own accounts receivable, credit, collections, DSO performance, and cash conversion.
• Develop and manage net working capital forecasts across receivables and inventory.
• Oversee customer financing governance and relationships with banks and lending partners.
• Deliver financial reporting, risk analysis, KPI dashboards, and senior leadership recommendations.

Manager of Treasury & Accounts Receivables

• Own accounts receivable, credit, collections, DSO performance, and cash conversion initiatives
• Develop and manage net working capital forecasts across receivables, and inventory
