Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounts Receivables Director in Chicago to lead enterprise-wide cash, credit, collections, and working capital strategy with direct exposure to senior leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Progressive finance leadership experience managing cash flow, credit, collections, and working capital.
• Proven success improving DSO, credit risk management, and lender relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term cash forecasting activities.
• Oversee accounts receivable, credit, collections, DSO performance, and customer payment risk management.
• Develop and manage net working capital forecasts, identifying opportunities to improve cash conversion.
• Govern customer financing programs, lender relationships, credit standards, and financing approvals.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and analysis on cash flow, credit exposure, working capital, collections, and financial risk.
