Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Accounts Receivable (AR) Department. As a leader in the Accounting and Finance industry, our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch financial services. Our ideal candidate is a tenacious problem-solver with a knack for numbers and a passion for providing excellent financial leadership. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in reconciling, GL, and entries.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding the AR team towards achieving operational objectives.
• Managing the complete AR process from invoice generation to cash collection.
• Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
• Maintaining the general ledger (GL) and preparing necessary entries.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying and implementing strategies to improve AR processes and efficiency.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve any financial issues and disputes.
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on AR status to senior management.
• Providing training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an AR supervisory role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Proven experience with reconciliation, general ledger (GL), and entries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• CPA certification is a plus.
