You will apply cash receipts, clean up accounts as instructed, and work with the Credit Department and Customer Finance Manager to ensure accurate application.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication across levels within the company, with opportunities for improvements and audits support.

Qualifications

• 2-year business degree (preferably accounting) or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Strong keyboarding skills and 10-key proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter receivable entries accurately and timely.
• Apply cash receipts and clean up accounts per instructions.
• Support receivables audits and related reporting.
• Assist with invoice entry across multiple companies.
• Maintain OneNote and pursue process improvements.
