Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Sr. Supervisor of Accounts Receivable to own full-cycle AR operations for the site, including billing accuracy, collections strategy, dispute resolution, and aging performance.

You will lead, coach, and develop AR staff to meet site financial objectives and collaborate with Finance to improve cash flow. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 8–12 years of AR/finance experience with supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive AR or finance experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong accounting, analytical skills and attention to detail; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR operations for the site, including billing, collections, dispute resolution, cash application, and aging.
• Lead AR staff development and coaching to drive performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve cash flow, reduce DSO, and strengthen customer payment performance.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and review monthly pricing analysis by customer.
• Ensure accuracy of customer billing and payment processing; approve adjustments and write-offs.
