ClarkDietrich Building Systems in West Chester, OH is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Credit Analyst to support order-to-cash processes, evaluate credit applications, apply payments, and maintain customer accounts. This role collaborates with Sales and Order Entry, and with National Accounts to ensure accurate cash flow.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong analytical and communication skills to support timely collections and credit

Qualificações

• 0-3 years of progressive experience in AR/Credit or accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (Profit and IFS preferred) or similar
• Demonstrated success in supporting operations within a corporate environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly, semi-monthly and monthly billing and A/R receipts and cash applications.
• Identify delinquencies and follow up on overdue accounts and credits.
• Manage deductions and short-pay resolution with Sales/Order Entry for National Accounts.
• Monitor invoice status and cash flow.
• Process Customer Credit Applications and set credit limits; refer complex decisions to Credit Manager.
• Assist in cash application from Lockbox, ACH, Wires, and local deposits.
• Review and release orders based on credit limits or past-due balances.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Job Summary

A member of the Accounts Receivable and Credit group. Main responsibilities include and not limited to collecting and applying payments, evaluating credit applications, work with the National Accounts, and assist in month end responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong, hands-on accounting professional with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of both supporting leadership and driving independent initiatives that enhance the efficiency and integrity of the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing of weekly, semi-monthly and monthly billing and A/R receipts and cash applications
• Identify account delinquencies, and follow up on overdue accounts and unused credits
• Manages timely resolution/follow-up of deductions and short-pay issues with Sales/Order Entry functions for National Accounts.
• Monitors the status of invoices
• Processes Customer Credit Applications and reference requests. Sets credit limits for new and existing customers within assigned authority and refers credit decisions beyond the assigned authority to the Credit Manager.
• Assist in Cash Application from Lockbox, ACH's, Wires, & Local deposits.
• Reviews and releases Orders based on Credit Limits or past due balances.
• Performs other duties as requested
