NFI Industries in Camden, NJ is seeking an Accounts Receivable coordinator to manage cash applications and coordinate with Operations, Collections, and customers to resolve outstanding cash, ensure accurate GL allocations, and support daily accounting tasks.
Base hourly rate ranges from $19.50 to $26.00 with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus around 3%. The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong communication in a fast-paced, paperless environment.
The Accounts Receivable coordinator will be responsible for completing daily cash application as well as coordinating with other departments to resolve outstanding cash, and make adjustments as needed.
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $19.50/hour - $26.00/hour. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%
