Responsibilities

• Review open accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Make outbound collection calls while maintaining customer relationships.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment questions.
• Collect payments per terms and follow up on commitments.
• Identify delinquent accounts and escalate issues to management.
• Review aging reports to prioritize outreach and monitor status.
• Prepare and send collection correspondence.
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, and customer service teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
